Payments
Payments are made via your appointed Solicitor/Lawyer. In the case
of a new development it is also normal to pay the initial reservation
deposit directly to the developer/promoter to remove a new property
from sale, all further payments can be made to your Solicitor/Lawyer,
thereby safeguarding future payments. The Lawyer's responsibility
is to carry out the Due Dilligence on the property on your behalf
and along with the Notary, to ensure that the requirements of the
Spanish Legal system are met, and you will not be asked to sign
any binding contracts until they are clearly understood and checked
by your Lawyer or legal representative beforehand. |
