Payments

Apart from the initial reservation deposit, which we pay directly to the developer/promoter to remove the property from sale, all further payments are made to the vendor or vendor's Solicitor via your appointed Lawyer, thereby safeguarding your future payments. The Lawyer's responsibility is to ensure that the requirements of the Spanish Legal system are met and you will not be asked to sign any documents until they are clearly understood and checked by the Lawyer, and Property Directors in the first instance.
