Average Property Sales in Spain Increase by 15,5 percent Annually 2022
Notaries: The sale of homes grows by 15.5% annually - The sale of homes and the granting of mortgage loans for home purchase continue to rise dynamically, as do prices. Home sales grew in all Autonomous Communities except for Navarra (-11.8% year-on-year) and the Basque Country (-7.3%). The Canary Islands (44.8%), Cantabria (29.1%), Andalusia (23.0%), Castilla-La Mancha (21.7%) and the Balearic Islands (21.3%) stand out.
The price per m² rose by 9.2% year-on-year at the national level. (Figures issued: May 2022)
