Currently the Euribor is around 2%. The banks in Spain are lending
again and mortgages are available (Subject to Status). It is possible
to get a fixed deal (possibly interest only) in the first 1 or 2
years, based on the Euribor plus a % margin thereafter (usually
around 0.8% to 1.5%). We can reccommend different Banks for any
